10. Making dinner for my Mom, Taylor and Brian, even if it was just hotdish.
9. Corbin (my nephew) ripping open his presents, and saying they were from his other grandparents.
8. Giving our dog, Scout, his new soft toy monkey, and the fact that it is still 100% intact after 36 hours.
7. Every one's favorite gift - SOCKS!!!
6. Mistaking Alex's new doll as "Super White", and finding out that Corbin PJ's had balls all over them.
5. Taylor getting asked where his honey was..... :) multiple times, from our nephew and from our grandfather
4. Cat like reflexes..... Brian's mom saving the egg dish from falling on the floor and Jess yelping.
3. Giving people gifts from "Baby J" and getting gifts for "Baby J"
2. Brian and I enjoying our last Christmas without kids, but looking so forward to next Christmas with a 6 month old.

Procrastination

Brian and I are the King and Queen of procrastination.
Well mostly I am.
I am still shopping for Christmas 3 days before Christmas. HAHAHA *nervous laugh*
Oh well........

We entered the second trimester on Sunday!! I still have "morning" sickness, but not as often. Baby is doing fine, and growing and starting to squirm. I am feeling only little flutters here and there, but it is such a cool feeling.

I found out that I will only have to go to Philly for one week now instead of three. So I will be in Philly from January 3rd through January 8th. Then, Mary and I are driving up to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area for the weekend. Then I will be home on the 10th.

We are still planning our vacation to California at the end of January. Brian's wedding gift from me was an away Wild jersey; and he got to pick an away game to go to. So, he choose the San Jose Sharks. It just so happens that Heidi's birthday is January 29th. They live in Walnut Creek, CA, which is only 30 minutes away from San Jose. So we get to hang out with the Kirby's for a week and finally meet Madeline, the newest member of their family.

We can't wait to spend this holiday with all of our family and friends. We hope everyone has a safe, warm and memorable Christmas!!!

Hockey - Heat update

So, we haven't had a lot of luck this season with Brian's hockey team.
Our original goalie was injured in the first period in our first game.
We haven't won a game all season, and even Brian got minorly injured. (he just stopped a puck with the inside of his foot - he can walk now - so he's fine) :)

If you would like to come out to a game, all directions for the rinks can be found at www.rinkfinder.com
We are usually there at least a half an hour before the game starts.
